Updates: The application process opened on April 1 and closed on May 15. Applicants were notified of the outcome of their application on June 1.
Please read the travel information before applying. Make sure that the contact information you provide during the application process is accurate and up to date. The organizers may need to contact you with important updates before or during the event. Do the following to apply for the summer school:
Select the waiting list option in the application form if you would like to be considered for a spot on the waiting list. Students on the waiting list might be admitted to the summer school up to two weeks before the start of the program. Keep in mind that being on the waiting list does not guarantee admission to the summer school.
A PowerPoint poster template is available from this link. Feel free to use it, but it's not mandatory. Alternatively, you can create your own vertical design with an A0 paper size. We'll handle the printing, so no worries on that front. Let us know if you have any questions.
