We can’t wait to welcome you to the AI Summer School 2025!
The application process will open on May 5 and you can apply until June 15.
Please read the travel information before applying. Make sure that the contact information you provide during the application process is accurate and up to date. The organizers may need to contact you with important updates before or during the event. Do the following to apply for the summer school:
- Submit the application form.
- Wait until you receive an email with an upload link. The link will be sent manually by the organizers, i.e. it might take up to 48h.
- Upload a curriculum vitae and a letter of motivation (PDF). Both, German and English documents, are accepted.
Waiting List
Select the waiting list option in the application form if you would like to be considered for a spot on the waiting list. Students on the waiting list might be admitted to the summer school up to two weeks before the start of the program. Keep in mind that being on the waiting list does not guarantee admission to the summer school.
Poster Submission
A PowerPoint poster template is available from this link. Feel free to use it, but it’s not mandatory. Alternatively, you can create your own vertical design with an A0 paper size. We’ll handle the printing, so no worries on that front. Let us know if you have any questions.
To ensure a smooth process, please follow the next two steps for submitting the final version of your poster:
- Upload the high-resolution PDF version of your vertically designed poster, following the A0 paper size and a proper name until August 15.
- Please ensure that you also filled out the form related to your poster information.
